Eric, the kids and I live in a side split in Bathurst Manor. We love the house, our street, our community. Over the last 16 years of living in our house, we updated some things here and there, but it needed more. We met with Ofir Radovitzky, to discuss our project, and right from the start, he shared our vision of how great our house could become. We moved out on January 3rd, 2020, and demolition started on January 6th.

We were amazed at the pace of the job, the cleanliness of the site, the kindness of the entire team, and the respect that everyone who works with Ofir shows to him and to us. In the days before social distancing, we’d come into the house on any given day and see anywhere from 5 to 12 tradespeople hard at work. We talk to Ofir daily. He is always available to offer his opinion, which has been appreciated from day one. His experience and attention to detail, his warmth and kindness— this guy is a class act. He’s the real deal.

Every step of this process has been positive. Every suggestion has been heard. We are so excited to move back into our new house, which already feels like a home.
