The number we quote is the number you pay. We do the diligence upfront — walking every system, every option — so we can stand behind it. No variations, no escalating clauses, no matter what.

Most Toronto builders charge $10–15K a month in management fees. And the longer the job drags, the more they make. We don't charge management fees. Not a dollar of them.

The industry standard for a custom Toronto home is 18–24 months. Ours: 6–8. Full renovations in 3–4 months instead of a year-plus. A guaranteed completion date is in every contract.

Additions & top-ups
